| Associate Project Manager |

The successful candidate will report
directly to the Pre-Construction Manager. This highly motivated, detail
oriented individual will move through a developmental program between various
assignments on the pre-construction and construction phases of the business and
will champion the following:
1. Develop
skills in management, budgeting and cost control, cost estimating,
scheduling, and engineering fundamentals.
2. Develop
effective communication skills.
3. Point
person for all Bid Invitations.
4. Obtain
plans for upcoming projects.
5. Responsible
for all submittals.
6. Coloring
plans.
7. Jobsite visits. 8. (Walk-Thrus)
9. Assist Estimator/Project Manager with bidding prospective projects.
Prerequisites for this position include: Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management (or relevant major); a high level of computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Outlook; ability to complete multiple tasks and prioritize workloads; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reasonable commute to the office. (e.g. 45 minutes - one hour)
