Description: Completed in 2023, Ultragenyx was a 2 Story 110,000 sqft gene therapy manufacturing plant. Central's scope included metal framing, drywall, insulation, as well as toilet partitions. The project features offices, meeting spaces, manufacturing space, and warehouse space. A project highlight was the engineered light gauge metal framing walkable ceiling that Central helped coordinate utilizing the BIM Model.
