Description: Completed in 2022, MGM Music Hall is a 5,000 person Music Venue as well as concession and event space connected directly to Fenway Park. The venue features a roofdeck bar overlooking Landsdowne St, dressing rooms, loading dock, kitchen, and the Truly Terrace above the right field bleachers of Fenway Park. Central's Scope included included BIM modeling/coordination, interior/exterior framing, drywall, ACT, and acoustic panels.
