Description: Completed in 2023, The Office Renovation is a 150,000 sqft collaborative work environment that features numerous conference rooms, huddle spaces, and work neighborhoods. Central's scope included metal framing, drywall, ACT, FRP, and Mullion Mates, but the star of the space is the numerous specialty ceilings installed by Central. The space features ridge felt baffles, linear felt ceilings, open cell metal ceiling blades, mesh metal ceilings, and linear wood ceilings.
