Description: Completed in 2020, the Sam Adams Tap Room project is a 3 story restaurant, bar, and brewery in the heart of Faneuil Hall directly adjacent to the historic Quincy Market. Central's Scope included both exterior and interior framing, drywall, and ceilings for the project. Central's work was highlighted by a digitally modeled and coordinated service level floor support below the sunken bar area on the lower level. Other highlights include wood ceilings and the stepped amphitheater seating built out of LGMF.
