This project consisted of approximately 5,250 square feet of radius edged, prefinished, floating wood panel ceiling system manufactured by 9Wood. This finished project updated the lobby, while not entirely abandoning the original design intent of the space in terms of the exposed concrete deck. The new ceiling has been designed and installed in a pattern that as such, subconsciously creates a flow of foot traffic beneath it. This installation won CISCA’s Bronze Award for Renovation in 2013.
